A Cowboy has been cut today after not meeting team requirements for fitness.
As per the NFL transaction wire, Linebacker Ka'Lial Glaud has been released by the team due to a failed physical. The Cowboys had added the former product of Rutgers last August for training camp.
He played in all of the Cowboys' four preseason games in 2015, recording four tackles and one pass deflection.
Unfortunately Glaud suffered an undisclosed injury in September and was subsequently waived-injured by the team. After clearing waivers he was then added to the team's injured reserve list.
Coming out of Rutgers undrafted, Glaud had previously spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before being picked up by the Cowboys collecting two total tackles.
