Aaron Donald sounds off on his wild helmet swinging fiasco
Should he be facing punishment?

Los Angeles Rams star defensive lineman Aaron Donald went absolutely nuts last week during a joint practice with the Cincinnati Bengals, igniting an all-out brawl while also swinging not one but two Bengals players helmets during the melee.
But according to Associated Press reporter Rob Maaddi, Donald is completely downplaying the incident, dismissing it as "just practice".
“It was just a practice,” Donald explained. “It was football. I don’t really wanna go back to nothing negative that happened and talk about something that happened in a practice. My main focus is Buffalo.”
Of course, fans will also remember that Cleveland Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett was suspended indefinitely for swinging his helmet at Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph during a 2019 game. As of now, Donald hasn't received any kind of discipline from the Rams or NFL.
