It is no secret that Ben Roethlisberger was not sure whether he would hang his cleats at the end of the 2016, or if he would keep playing. Former Steelers offensive lineman Willie Colon, who played alongside Big Ben for seven years, said that he "seriously considered" retiring.
But the star quarterback decided to keep going. Steelers' wide receiver and fan favorite Antonio Brown wanted to put to bed any doubt about Roethlisberger commitment and motivation for next season:
"I know if he's gonna be out here, he's gonna give it everything he's got," Brown said. "You can see that from him just from the last couple of days. His intensity, his motivation, he's already -- the second day -- giving signals, details from the meeting room. He's a warrior ... never question his commitment."
The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping to win their third Super Bowl since the 2005 season.
