Jacob Tamme was a solid tight end in the NFL for a long time and now after starting 2017 as a free agent and not latching on anywhere, he's calling it a career.

He'll finish his career with 259 catches and 14 touchdowns playing for the Colts, Broncos and Falcons. He played 47 games for Denver catching 86 passes for 846 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Tamme played at the University of Kentucky before being drafted by the Colts in the 4th round in 2008.
