The New York Giants have suffered a big loss.
While initially we believed the injury to linebacker J.T. Brown was relatively mild, largely due to the fact that he had been ruled questionable to return, it now has been revealed to be a devastating injury one that could cost him the entire season.
According to a report from Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News, Brown has suffered torn ligaments, plural, in his left knee and as a result has been placed on injured reserve. There has been no official announcement that this is the end of his season, but it's hard to imagine he will bounce back from this, and it may even be the end of his time as a New York Giant, although again nothing official has come out in this regard.
Any way you slice it this is just plain bad for the Giants.
