There are two sides to every story but we're not convinced that hearing the other side in this case could possibly lessen our disgust.
According to a report from Fox 2 News San Francisco fullback Bruce Miller has been arrested after he assaulted two men seemingly at random this morning putting them both in hospital. Not that assaulting anyone unprovoked is ever acceptable, but to make matters worse sources are saying one of those men was 70 years old and suffered multiple broken bones.
From what we do know Miller reportedly attempted to check in to a Fisherman's Wharf Marriott Hotel on Sunday night and was told at that time that the Hotel was fully booked and had no vacancies to accommodate him. Miller then reportedly left the Hotel before returning Monday morning and knocking on the door belonging to the two men, a father and son who were staying in that particular room that evening. When the man informed Miller that he had come to the wrong room, that's when Miller began his assault on the two men.
No word yet on what this will mean for Miller, but after he was suspected of domestic violence last season this may starting to be a pattern the 49ers can't ignore.
