The Texans have signed Andre Hal to an extension. If Hal can improve, the Texans secondary could be a serious threat as an underrated "no fly zone" unit. Kevin Johnson, Quentin Demps and Johnathan Joseph are all playmakers.
Pro Football Focus has never graded Hal positively over the course of a season, posting -5.9, -2.5 and -1.1 in each of his 3 years in the league, respectively. Still, that's not bad for a 7th round selection. He played his college football at Vanderbilt.
