Broncos QB Russell Wilson debuts brand new look
How will this help him in 2023?

It's no secret that Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson struggled through what was truly a horrible first season with the Denver Broncos last year that saw them win just five games. Wilson himself finished 27th amongst League passers amongst his peers.
Under new head coach Sean Payton, Wilson will be looking for a bounce back year in 2023, and he's already reportedly been warned that he's playing for his job.
And to help in his quest to post better numbers, Wilson has arrived at OTA's sporting a brand new slimmer look.
"I feel great,'' Wilson said last week following the Denver Broncos' third of 10 OTA practices. "I feel lean and mean, ready to go. And focused.''
However, he's not saying specifically how much weight he's dropped.
"I'm not worried about that, I'm not counting,'' he said with a smile. "All I know is I'm excited to play again."
"No. 1, I had the best offseason of my life,'' he continued. "These guys, the team bonding, everybody that's putting in the work, it's been amazing. The work ethic, the locker room, everybody's real tight and I think ultimately we want to be the best version of ourselves."
"With me, too. I want to be the best version of me and I'm looking forward to the work of it all.''
Payton said that so far in OTA's, the new-look Wilson has performed positively.
“He's picking it up good,'' Payton said. "He looks good and looks sharp.”
"We're installing a whole new offense. You see glimpses and you see a lot of what we've got to correct. The process is going well."
What kind of year will Wilson and the Broncos enjoy in 2023 under Payton?
