Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith and Dallas Cowboys star gunslinger Dak Prescott have something special in common: they both played under a pretty good quarterback teacher in Mississippi State's Dan Mullen (Mullen was Smith's QB coach at Utah).
(And real quick: the coach of that Utah team was, of course, current Ohio State boss Urban Meyer. Ravens safety Eric Weddle also played on that team).
Smith had some pretty glowing comments for Prescott Wednesday when asked about the young star:
The Chiefs travel to Jerry World on Sunday for a 3:25 PM local time start. Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott is not expected to play, lending the start to former Washington rusher Alfred Morris.
