Dallas Cowboys All-Pro offensive tackle Tyron Smith expects to play Thursday night when the 'Boys host the Los Angeles Chargers.
Per the Dallas Morning News, Smith has missed the last two games with back and groin injuries. He went through extensive workouts on the field pregame Sunday, but ultimately couldn't go. Smith was limited Monday, an upgrade in his status the last two weeks.
"After Sunday's loss, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Smith's status is up in the air Thursday, but that by the All-Pro not playing Sunday, the team believed it would give Smith a better chance to play against the Chargers."
