The Dallas Cowboys certainly are living large right now, cruising with a 9-3 record so far in the 2022 NFL Season and second overall in the NFC East division. Of course, they'll be looking to make a lengthy postseason run when the calendar turns to 2023 to help eradicate the memory of last season's disappointment at the hand of the San Francisco 49ers.
Legendary former Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson has come through with a prediction that will certainly have Dallas fans remembering the glory days of which he was a major part.
"They're not going to catch Philadelphia (in the NFC East), but (starting) in the wild card round, I think they’re good enough to make it all the way,” Johnson explained.
The Eagles appear well in control of the division with an 11-1 record through the first 12 games. However, success in the regular season doesn't always translate into success in the postseason.
The Cowboys take on the Houston Texans this afternoon at AT&T Stadium and will be looking to gain additional ground in the division.
