Cowboys player's dog is being held hostage

It's a low form of scum that would steal someone's dog and then try and ransom it off, but that's what has happened to this Cowboy player's best friend, Blitz.

It's a low form of scum that would steal someone's dog and then try and ransom it off, but that's what has happened to Cowboys' wide receiver Rodney "Lucky" Whitehead and his best friend Blitz.

Whitehead had enough on his plate with training camp on the horizon, and a relaxing summer break with his pup probably would have been exactly what the doctor ordered. However, some terrible human beings have prevented that from happening simply because they are looking to exploit the 25-year-old Cowboy.

Whitehead is looking to get his new best friend back, without having to pay whatever exorbitant ransom the scumbag dog-nappers are trying to extract from him. There are currently no known suspects.

Here's hoping Blitz is returned to Whitehead for the happy ending this story desperately needs.
