Cowboys QB Dak Prescott makes a promise for 2023
Can he keep it, Cowboys fans?

The Dallas Cowboys appear set to be rolling with Dak Prescott as their quarterback for the foreseeable future, as he still has term left on his remaining contract combined with the fact that team owner and general manger Jerry Jones has spoken openly about extending him.
Of course, it hasn't been since the internet was a regular thing in the average citizen's life that the Cowboys have last tasted championship glory, and Jones has also talked openly about his fear that he may not be around for whenever they do in fact win again given the fact that he's north of 80 years of age.
But Prescott struggled with turnovers during the 2022 NFL season, and those struggles were especially evident during their second straight postseason loss to the 49ers. Prescott knows there are whispers about his accuracy, and he's made his doubters a promise for the upcoming year.
“I know who I am, and you can go back and take away half of those off drops,” Prescott said. “I’m not saying it’s on the receiver, but if you cut that in half, then we start talking about those, nobody is talking about it.” “I won’t have 10 interceptions this year.”
A bold promise from a bold quarterback. Can he make it count?
