After taking some time to visit other teams and weigh his options, Cowboys' fans now know what lies in store for Lance Dunbar.
According to NFL Insider Adam Caplan, the free agent running back has decided to re-sign with the Dallas Cowboys.
According to Caplan, the deal is reportedly a one-year, $1.75 million contract.
Many believed Dunbar would wind up signing elsewhere, as he had visited Seattle, San Francisco and Chicago looking for a new deal.
Ultimately Dunbar has decided that Dallas is still his home, and he would prefer to continue playing for America's Team.
Dunbar was an excellent option in the passing game, as a pass-catching running back in 2015. Dunbar had major knee surgery after Week 4 when he tore his ACL and MC, and will look to bounce back from that injury in the 2016 season.
