Well, the last thing that the Dallas Cowboys need right now is more injury trouble. Unfortunately, that's the reality that they're finding themselves in.
Running back Rico Dowdle has left today's game and will not return; he's suffered a hip injury that is severe enough to keep him out of action. The bad news is that he's already suffered a major hip injury in his career when he fractured it in 2021.
Before going out, Dowdle had racked up three carries resulting in nine rushing yards. So far this season, he's racked up a total of 71 rushing yards on 17 carries while also hauling in three catches for a total of 42 yards.
