Dan Quinn one step closer to leaving Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys defensive coordinator is as good as gone.

The news that has been speculated upon in the immediate aftermath of the Dallas Cowboys' shocking playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers earlier this month at AT&T Stadium is one step closer to becoming a reality.
Defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, who is one of the hottest commodities in the NFL coaching circle to land a new job elsewhere, recently completed a second interview with the Washington Commanders.
The potential of his joining the Commanders reached new levels after Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson decided to take his name out of the running and remain with the Lions for another season.
Quinn decided to stay in Dallas during the last opportunity he had to leave, though this doesn't appear to be the case this time around.
Should Quinn take the head coaching job in Washington, how do you expect him to perform?
