Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl offensive tackle Lane Johnson's is currently appealing a 10-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing drugs.
Johnson, who can play while he waits for his appeal, will be heard during the team's bye week which will be in week 4 according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
If the league maintains the suspension, Johnson could be out until December, which would be a huge blow for Philadelphia. The Eagles are currently 2-0 and need their best offensive lineman to protect rookie quarterback Carson Wentz.
The 26-year-old was suspended for four games back in 2012 for a similar violation.
