Former Raiders WR Henry Ruggs III to serve time in prison

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III will be pleading guilty to one count of driving under the influence that resulted in one death and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in the 2021 case in which he's accused of killing a woman in a vehicle crash.
He will be serving between three and 10 years in prison.
According to police, Ruggs was traveling at 156 MPH in a residential area with a blood alcohol level over twice that of the legal limit. Additionally, his girlfriend was with him in the car, along with a loaded gun.
The victim was named Tina Tintor. a Target employee who was born in Serbia and immigrated to the US as a young child and was on the verge of getting her US citizenship. And as if her loss wasn't tragic enough, her three year old golden retriever named Maxie also perished in the crash when the Toyota Rav4 they were in burst into flames after the crash.
