There could be two Gronkowskis playing in the NFL next season, hopefully on the same team.
Kansas State fullback Glenn Gronkowski, younger brother of Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, is participating in this week's Senior Bowl and has a meeting scheduled with New England on Wednesday night.
NFL teams are permitted to interview any or all of the Senior Bowl participants, so the meeting isn't necessarily indicative of the Patriots' draft plans. Still, the prospects of playing alongside his brother has Glenn excited.
"That would be awesome. I've actually never played with any of my brothers before," Glenn told NFL Media's Chase Goodbread. "They've always been too old for me. ... Everyone else has played together, so to be on the same team, that would be a dream come true."
Glenn said he hopes to impress teams with his versatility this week and would like to catch the attention of the Baltimore Ravens, a team that routinely makes room on its roster for a fullback.
