The Dallas rushing attack was phenomenal in 2016, ranking 2nd in rushing DVOA according to Football Outsiders. For 2017, the playmakers return in Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott, who look to improve upon great rookie campaigns, but there are changed along the offensive line that may have Cowboys fans worried.
Long time lineman Doug Free retired, which has caused a shift in the whole line. Still, "Zeke" isn't worried. “ to kind of get in the groove, no matter who’s in there, if it’s the same guys from last year or just new guys,”, Elliot told the Dallas Morning News.
He continued, "We don’t know who’s going to be where, but I know there’s a lot of talent there. Chaz Green played really well last year when he had to step up. Emmett Cleary has been a guy stepping up this offseason."
Zeke is happy and so should be Cowboys fans.
