They've already parted ways with one kicker.

It's an interesting situation for the Dallas Cowboys in terms of their kicking position, as they've already made the call to let go Tristan Vizcaino after he struggled during Training Camp. Of course, this now means that the team will have a better chance to take a closer look at Brandon Aubrey, who is feeling very confident.

"All I can do is go out there and compete for the job," Aubrey said after his first Cowboys practice following the release of Vizcaino. "And make it known that I'm the one for the job."

"It's gone well," Aubrey continued of his time with the Cowboys in training camp. "There's been some ups and downs, but there will always be ups and downs. Just trying to get comfortable out there."

And according to team owner and general manager Jerry Jones, he's "comfortable" with their current kicking situation.

"We're comfortable," said Jones. "We're excited about what we've seen. We're excited about how he got here, and he's having a real solid camp. So, we're very comfortable going into the season with him."

The Cowboys had a struggling kicker last year in the playoffs, as now-former Dallas kicker Brett Maher missed several field goal attempts in what was ultimately a playoff victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers; he's now with the Denver Broncos.

Cowboys fans, is Aubrey the man for the job, and how comfortable would you be with him as the Week 1 starter at the position?
