Joe Burrow officially makes NFL history with contract

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has officially made NFL history prior to the beginning of the 2023 season. He's agreed to a five year, $275 million contract extension, making him the highest-paid quarterback in the League. The contract includes $219.01 million guaranteed
Oh, and he's also now the highest paid player in NFL history. Not bad!
Burrow has already led the Bengals to two straight AFC North titles, two AFC title games, and a Super Bowl appearance. It's safe to say that the franchise is investing a massive amount of trust in the young quarterback to help eventually lead them to the promised land.
