Mike McCarthy BLASTS his former OC Kellen Moore!
Wow, didn't see this coming!

The Dallas Cowboys and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore mutually parted ways last month, and it was announced that it would be head coach Mike McCarthy taking over the offensive play calls for next season. In the meantime, the Cowboys have still made the call to hire a new offensive coordinator in Brian Schottenheimer.
However, it doesn't sound as though McCarthy and Moore were on the best of terms, and McCarthy had words for the now-former offensive coordinator.
“I’ve been where Kellen has been: Kellen wants to light the scoreboard up,” McCarthy told reporters at the NFL combine.
“But I want to run the damn ball so I can rest my defense. I don’t desire to be the No. 1 offense in the league.
“I want to be the No. 1 team in the league with a number of wins and a championship. And if we have to give up some production and take care of the ball better to get that, then that’s what we’ll do.”
So, how does the change affect quarterback Dak Prescott?
“We can all use a new voice,” McCarthy said. “We all can use a sense of motivation. This is a new challenge for [Dak], his words. He’s excited about it.”
