Mike McCarthy sounds off on lack of Cowboys moves
This isn't lining up with Jerry Jones' promise to go “all in”.

It wasn't long after the shocking loss by the Dallas Cowboys to the Green Bay Packers in the NFL Wild Card postseason round that team owner and general manager Jerry Jones promised that he and the franchise would be going "all in" to try and end their Super Bowl drought.
However, since the start of NFL free-agency, there has been a surprising lack of moves from the team that promised to go "all in", and there are plenty of fans who are speaking out against it, something that the organization is clearly aware of. CEO Stephen Jones recently addressed the concerns of the fan base, and now head coach Mike McCarthy is weighing in.
Right now, he's not expressing any kind of worry.
"I'm a big believer in the second to third year jump, you know we have some young players, we got some guys coming back off of IR that are young players that we're excited about, so we are definitely improving. We're just not part of the free agent market right now," McCarthy told ESPN.
"Also there's a lot left," McCarthy said. "You'll probably have a market right before the draft or post draft, and then you got your June 1 market and obviously we'll have another draft class. So I have great confidence in our roster."
