In 2014 the story of Devon Still and his beautiful daughter swept the nation, as Leah Still fought for her life against cancer.

Leah was diagnosed with stage-4 neuroblastoma in June 2014 at the age of four. She was given a 50-50 chance of survival. Still was kept on the Cincinnati Bengals' practice squad to help him pay for Leah's cancer treatment.

After fighting and treatment, Devon happily announced on Instagram that Leah had finished her final round of cancer treatment and had gone into remission.

On Friday Still posted a picture celebrating the one year anniversary of the 5-year-old going into cancer remission.

The now Houston Texans' tackle shared an image of a smiling Leah with a heartfelt message reading:

"I want to wish a Happy (2nd) Birthday to my baby, Leah. Today, March 25th, marks a year of her being in remission! A day she was given a second chance at life. There's not enough hours in a day, days in a month, or months in a year to tell you how much I love you and how proud of you I am. Keep fighting and keep inspiring! #LeahStrong #BeatCancer #StillStrong."

What a fantastic update!
