Steelers' fans are well aware that James Harrison is an absolute beast. Despite being 38-year of age, the Steelers' veteran linebacker remains productive and is a crucial piece of the team's defense.
Part of the reason Harrison remains consistent year after year is his rigorous offseason workout routine, which is unmatched by any player in the NFL.
Except maybe one.
On Thursday Steelers' defensive end Stephon Tuitt posted video of himself working out in Arizona with Harrison, who is finishing up his six-week training program. After his program is complete, Harrison will decide whether or not to return for a 14th NFL season.
Maybe the fact that he works out with Harrison explains his solid campaign in 2015. Tuitt finished second on the team in sacks with 6.5 and added an interception.
One thing is for sure, if these two keep this up the rest of the NFL should be afraid. Very afraid.
