Packers announce major contract extension
Done right before Training Camp opens!
The Green Bay Packers have taken care of an extremely important matter of business on the eve of Training Camp. Minutes ago, it was reported that they've signed defensive tackle Kenny Clark to a new contract extension
According to Ian Rapoport, the deal is for three years and an impressive $64 million:
He was selected with the 27th pick of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Packers after having played college football at UCLA, and has gone on to enjoy a trio of Pro Bowl seasons (2019, 2021, 2023). He's racked up a total of 380 tackles, 34 sacks, seven forced fumbles, and 10 pass deflections so far in his career.
