There have been some interesting battles so far in Packers camp -- running back and cornerback come to mind first. It's all starting to come together a bit for the team as they roll into another week of training camp. The Packers are preparing for their first pre-season game with the Eagles on Thursday and they've released their first depth chart.

"Ty Montgomery is currently listed as the starting running back. Jamaal Williams is the No. 2, and fellow rookie Aaron Jones is the No. 3. Seventh-rounder Devante Mays and undrafted pair Kalif Phillips and William Stanback are at the backend of the depth chart."

Ty Montgomery has real star potential at running back as the new prototypical spread back.

"On defense, Quinten Rollins is listed as a starting cornerback alongside free agent signing Davon House. Rollins has impressed at training camp so far, and the coaches are clearly impressed. LaDarius Gunter and Damarious Randall are next up. Rookie Kevin King is listed as a third-string corner, but there’s still a lot of time to change that."

Would be nice to see Kevin King step up, even as a rookie. He has the most potential out of everyone, one would think.

And on the defensive line,

"Along a new-look defensive line, the three starters are Mike DanielsKenny Clark and Dean Lowry. Newcomer Ricky Jean Francois is a backup alongside Letroy Guion and Brian Price."
