Green Bay Packers' Jordy Nelson is a beast. Even after he missed the whole 2015 season because of a torn ACL, he came back stronger than ever last year and was as good as before his injury: he recorded 97 receptions for 1,257 yards and 14 touchdowns in 16 games.
Take a look at these interesting stats gathered by Pro Football Focus:
According to 247 Sports, this success in the slot could mean that "the Packers will use Nelson more in the slot this upcoming season as well as in 2018. The Packers drafted two receivers - DeAngelo Yancey and Malachi Dupre - and both are fitted for the outside."
While it has yet to be confirmed by the coaching staff, the stats prove just how dangerous the 31-year-old can be in the slot. Should he be the primary slot receiver next season?
