Hundreds of thousands of excited fans jammed downtown Boston on Tuesday for a parade celebrating the New England Patriots' sixth Super Bowl title, but things got out of hand, even for the champions themselves...
Tight end Rob Gronkowski sure likes to make impressive catches, however, he wants to be aware something is thrown at him. And unfortunately for him, as he revealed last night on the Jimmy Fallon show, he didn't expect a fan to throw him a full beer can during the festivities.
“There were like five beers coming at one time,” Gronkowski said. “Everybody on the duck boat is juking them. We were getting good practice in for next season. I moved back a little, I was just chilling, and then next thing you know—pop! You see that? Full beer can right to the face."
He said he bleeding for the rest of the parade.

Gronk sported a scar on his face from the can hitting him, but we are pretty sure it did not dampen his spirits after winning yet another Super Bowl.
