It seems that two Gronks is a Gronk too many.
Fullback Glenn Gronkowski, the younger brother of the Patriots' All Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski, has been waived by the New England Patriots, according to reports from ESPN's Adam Schefter:
Glenn struggled to stay with the Patriots last season, being signed four separate times in 2016 but spending most of the season on the practice squad.
After going undrafted in 2016, Glenn originally signed with the Buffalo Bills and made their opening day roster. However he was released on September 12, 2016, and would go on to sign with New England's practice squad.
Chances are the younger Gronk gets another chance on the Patriots practice squad again this season, but he didn't make the final cut to be on the 53-man roster.
