Tempers are flaring early for the Cowboys and Browns.
During the opening drive of Sunday's matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns, two players were ejected for fighting after the play. Browns' center Cam Erving and Cowboys' pass rusher David Irving were ejected from the game for unnecessary roughness after fighting with each other deep in Cowboys territory.
Erving even went so far as to toss his helmet at Irving during the scuffle.
The Cowboys can easily replace Irving, who only plays in a situational role, but the Browns will be hard-pressed to replace Erving. He is the only pure center on the team, meaning the Browns will be heavily shorthanded for the remainder of the game.
