Report: Cowboys bringing in veteran OT for official visit
He'll be headed to Dallas for a visit.
According to multiple reports, the Dallas Cowboys will be bringing in veteran offensive tackle Jason Peters for an official visit.
Per Ari Meirov:
"The #Cowboys are brining veteran OT Jason Peters for a visit, per @toddarcher. The former longtime Eagle spent last year in Chicago and started 15 games, earning a very strong 77.5 PFF grade. Still going strong at 40 years old and might be back for another year."
Peters, who has spent 2009 through 2020 with the Philadelphia Eagles, was part of their Super Bowl LII winning squad over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. He began his career with the Buffalo Bills, earning two Pro Bowl nominations. He also spent last year playing with the Chicago Bears.
During his time with the Eagles, the 40 year old Peters earned Pro Bowl nominations in seven straight seasons.
