As the 2022 NFL Season approaches, the Dallas Cowboys are noticeably shorthanded in one key position - kicker. As of right now, Jonathan Garibay is the only kicker on the roster after the team made the decision to part ways with longtime NFL kicker Greg Zuerlein, who missed six field goal attempts last season.
According to the Cowboys official website, the team is expected to sign kicker Lirim Hajrullahu, whom fans may remember subbed for one game last season as a replacement for Zuerlein, who landed on the team's COVID-19 list.
He has an extensive playing history, having suited up for a number of teams north of the border in Canada, as well as the Carolina Panthers and Washington Football Team.
