Multiple sources are reporting that Daniel Te'o-Nesheim, a former NFL linebacker and head football coach at a Hawaii prep school has died.
Details of his death are not immediately known.
Te’o-Nesheim, born in American Samoa, attended Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Kamuela, Hawaii, and returned this year as the school’s head coach.
Per KITV, the 30-year-old played his college football at the University of Washington, and is the all-time sack record-holder at the school.
He left as the Huskies all-time sack leader. Nesheim was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010.
He also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2011 to 2013.
