Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says he's optimistic that injured starting cornerback Orlando Scandrick can continue playing.
"You can play with that, as he showed last night," Jones said on The Fan's "G-Bag Nation" show KRLD-FM (105.3). "He's tough. I don't know that that will limit his playing time."
Per the Dallas Morning News, cornerback Orlando Scandrick underwent an MRI Friday morning and was diagnosed with two transverse process fractures in his back, according to multiple reports.
The injury was suffered early in the game on a play in which Scandrick was kicked in the back, according to the reports. However, Scandrick didn't leave the game until the fourth quarter.
ESPN's Todd Archer said that Scandrick could miss "at least one game" with the injury.
