A shocker in the NFL.

Retired since 2018, Rob Gronkowski did not completely reject the idea of making an NFL comeback alongside Tom Brady with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Tuesday.

In an interview with SiriusXM 102, the former tight end said he was not "fully finished". And it looks like he wants to get things going to join his former teammate in Florida.

Gronk is currently under contract to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He also holds the 24/7 belt he obtained at the WrestleMania 36 gala earlier in April.

Insider Ian Rapoport explained that the Buccs and New England have been discussing a trade, and this could happen within 24 hours.

In the NFL, Gronkowski recorded 7,861 yards and 79 touchdowns between 2010 and 2018. He won the Super Bowl three times with the Patriots and has been invited to the Pro Bowl five times.
