It's a 5 year, 200 million dollar extension for the commissioner.
After all the hullabaloo between Jerry Jones not wanting give Goodell the extension (or atleast make it incentive laden) this news just kinda came and went. Goodell, 58, has been the NFL commissioner since 2006.
