Steelers announce several roster cuts

The 2023 NFL season is quickly approaching, and each NFL team is going to be tasked with getting down to the mandated 53-man roster which must be completed this week.
For the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have wrapped up their three game preseason schedule, the roster is beginning to take shape with their latest round of cuts.
For those of you who have not seen the news, the latest cuts from the Steelers include receiver Dan Chisena, defensive back Nevelle Clarke, linebacker Kuony Deng, cornerback Madre Harper, defensive lineman James Nyamwaya, kicker B.T. Potter, linebacker Forrest Rhyne and long snapper Rex Sunahara.
The deadline to get down to the manated 53-man roster is this Tuesday at 4:00 PM EST.
