The Pittsburgh Steelers are in need of a win in the worst way, and they'll have a chance to get back into the win column this Saturday when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals at Acrisure Stadium.
And it's been announced by the Bengals today that one of their key players will not be in the lineup, as wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase will not be playing thanks to a sprained AC joint in his shoulder during their recent game against the Minnesota Vikings.
"We just ultimately made the decision that this week it's not going to happen," Bengals coach Zac Taylor said after Thursday's practice.
"We've got significant length before the next game from where are today," Taylor said. "So we'll just continue to go from there."
With a win, the 8-6 Bengals could clinch a playoff berth for the 3rd straight year. Meanwhile, the Steelers are in danger of missing out on the annual dance for the 2nd straight year.
