Terrible update on Aaron Rodgers

The debut for Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets ended almost as soon as it began.

On the very first offensive series of the game, Rodgers suffered what looked to be a lower body injury and was removed from the game. He’s since been ruled out, and now, the Jets are said to be afraid that the injury could be serious.

According to multiple reports, there is fear that he suffered an Achilles injury, which would mean that his season would be over.

Needless to say, this would be a devastating setback for the Jets and for Rodgers in particular, who was traded from the Green Bay Packers to New York and subsequently signed a hefty two-year extension.
