Brock Osweiler will be a free agent on Wednesday and that fact has brought the Denver Broncos to the negotiating table.
According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Broncos have offered Osweiler a more than $45 million contract over three years on Saturday.
With a $15-million per year offer to Osweiler, it is clear that the team is intent on moving away from Peyton Manning, and would like Osweiler to be their man under-center.
It is unknown how much money would be guaranteed in this deal, but the team seems prepared to pay now for his services.
Osweiler completed 61.8 percent of his passes with 10 touchdowns and six interceptions over seven career starts, all coming during the 2015 regular season while filling in for Manning.
Hopefully this is the deal that Osweiler has been waiting for.
