The Steelers have caught a break on a short week.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Indianapolis Colts for a Thursday night matchup on Thanksgiving, but will be heavily shorthanded. According to Steelers beat reporter Dale Lolley, the Colts will be without quarterback Andrew Luck.
The Colts' Pro Bowl quarterback is dealing with a concussion and will be unable to take the field. The Colts will be forced to turn to backup Scott Tolzien, who will be making only his third career start.
Tolzien went 0-1-1 as the Green Bay Packers' starting quarterback in 2013 when replacing an injured Aaron Rodgers.
Both teams are at 5-5 on the season and are looking to get above .500.
The Steelers now have a distinct advantage in this crucial game.
