The Cowboys' rookies have been lighting it up for the team all season long, but that doesn't mean they eat for free.
The Dallas Cowboys held their annual rookie dinner Monday night at Nick and Sam's Steakhouse in Dallas, and ended up with a bill totaling over $54,000, according to defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford's Snapchat.
According to Scout's Mike Fisher, Dez Bryant and Barry Church gave conflicting stories as to who actually picked up the tab.
"Yeah, the whole team was there, and it was amazing," Church said. "The rookies took care of everything. We had an amazing time."
"Nope, because as far as I know, lots of the guys just paid for themselves," Bryant said. "Nobody getting punished. Everybody together."
Welcome to the NFL rookies.
