The Philadelphia Eagles definitely plan on improving their receivers in the offseason, and they could start with Kenny Britt.

According to ESPN's Tim McManus, in addition to the Eagles being a favorite to trade for New Orleans' Saints wideout Brandin Cooks, the Eagles are expected to have interest in the impending free-agent.

It is believed that Britt will be able to test the open market when the new league year begins March 9.

Britt is coming off an impressive year when he racked up 68 receptions for 1,002 yards and five touchdowns across 15 starts in 2016. These number once again came with sub-par quarterback play, something he has dealt with throughout his eight year career.

Th 28-year old would immediately become a top target for quarterback Carson Wentz, who had very little help from his receivers last season.

Tight end Zach Ertz finished the 2016 campaign as Philadelphia's leading receiver, hauling in 78 receptions for 816 yards. Jordan Matthews was the most productive wideout at 804 yards, and Dorial Green-Beckham finished second at the position with just 392.
