The Steelers have decided to add another talented running back to their already stacked backfield.
According to NFL.com, the Pittsburgh Steelers have signed running back Karlos Williams. Williams had previously thought to be returning to the Buffalo Bills after working out for the New York Jets. He ultimately decided to sign with the Steelers, and is eligible to play after serving his four-game suspension for violating the league's policy on substances of abuse.
He will now look to return to the form he found in Buffalo, where the former fifth-round pick rushed for 517 yards and seven touchdowns during his rookie year in 2015.
The Steelers are placing him on the roster as his older brother Vince, which could help him with some of the character concerns that have surrounded him lately. A sixth-round pick by the Steelers in 2013, Vince Williams has a pair of sacks and 21 tackles over the past two weeks.
