“The Zeke Effect” - What is it?

What does 6 games mean?

This is a fascinating look at what the Cowboys will lose this year without Zeke for the first 6 games of the season.

The Cowboys are in Los Angeles to face the Rams tonight as part of the pre-season "festivities". Elliott is eligible to play tonight but will be sat out by the coaches.

6 games is a hefty suspension. Backup running backs Darren McFadden and Albert Morris will have to pick up the slack out of the backfield. Morris has had 1 elite season as a starting running back but that was a few years ago, now. McFadden, though still in the league, was a bust coming out of Arkansas where he was projected as a true powerhouse starting running back. The Raiders took him in the top 10 of the draft, but he never panned out.
