Randy Gregory is now in even worse trouble than before.

The Dallas Cowboys' pass-rusher Randy Gregory has committed yet another violation of the NFL's drug policy and is now facing an even longer suspension, ESPN's Adam Schefter and Todd Archer report.

Gregory is already suspended for the first four games of the season after testing positive for marijuana. Apparently he has elected to check himself into a treatment facility, according to multiple reports, and will not attend the Cowboys' training camp.

Gregory was once considered a possible top-five draft pick, but the troubled edge-rusher tested positive for marijuana at the scouting combine last year and fell to the second round of the draft as a result.

The 23-year-old did not record a sack as a rookie and was handed a four-game ban for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy in February. Now, it appears it could be much longer before the Cowboys get Gregory back on the field.

This is very bad news for a team with a paper-thin pass-rush to start the 2016 NFL season.
