New video shows the victim in the alleged Ezekiel Elliott incident lying on the floor, bloodied. The man is also unable to walk on his own.
Here's the footage obtained by TMZ:
Here's the original video footage that showed the man lying on the ground in the bar.
Per TMZ, "the person who shot the video tells us the man was involved in a verbal altercation with a woman who was in Ezekiel's party ... when Ezekiel got involved. The witness says she saw Ezekiel punch the man -- corroborating the story the victim's friend told police. However, cops at the scene could not confirm Zeke was the attacker and he has not been arrested or charged with a crime."
"An ambulance arrived to the scene, and you can see the man being treated by paramedics outside the bar. He was transported to a nearby hospital. Elliott's people will only say the RB was not arrested and no complaint has been filed against him. We spoke with the NFL -- and we're told the league is now looking into the matter to "understand the facts."
However, a witness at the bar told the Fort Worth Star -Telegram that Elliott didn’t throw the punch.
“It didn’t go down like that,” Huffman said regarding the contention that Elliott broke the DJ’s nose. “Everybody is saying that, but he didn’t throw the punch... Zeke was just standing there arms folded chilling, feeling the crowd."
Per ESPN, Elliott, the NFL's 2016 reigning rushing champion, is already being investigated by the NFL for an alleged domestic violence incident with a former girlfriend last July in Columbus, Ohio. According to Schefter, Elliott’s camp was bracing last week for a short suspension from the NFL. It’s not clear if the latest incident would impact any penalty coming from the league.
Elliott is also now headed back to court for a speeding misdemeanor.
Whatever happened in this bar incident, it's yet another bad look for Elliott.
