It is rather uncommon for a 15-year-old man to get 23 college football offers... without ever playing a single game! But it is the case for young Daniel Faalele, who already starts drawing attention in the NFL.
Faalele is a 6'8", 396-pound young guy who just left his mom and brother in Australia to pursue a football career in the United States. According to SNN, "he played his first snap of football Thursday, May 18th, in IMG's spring scrimmage." It is needless to say he picked up the game easily. And as he says in the caption of this video he posted on his Instagram account, "Actions speak louder than words." You can see for yourself what the young man is capable of:
Faalele has to admit: he never realized how popular football is in this country: "I didn't actually realize how many people were actually involved in football and how crazy are the fans." His coach at IMG Academy, in Florida, mentioned to SNN that Faalele is "on the radar of every college coach." However, it will take more than that to destabilize the latter: "“I don’t feel the hype honestly. I gotta prove that I’m not all hype.”
